Capabilities
We offer an unlimited variety of multi-lumen tubing, coextruded and multi-layer tubing, wire-reinforced shafts, beading, rod and optical fiber, as well as standard (single lumen) tubing in sizes from 25 microns to several inches. Other possibilities include gasketing, custom profiles, spiral cut tubing, convoluted tubing, close tolerance cut pieces, O-rings and bump tubing.

Colors Many solid colors and combinations, with straight or spiral stripes are available. Radiopaque, conductive and other functional fillers may be added. Non-outgassing and Class VI pigments are also available.

Dimensions
From 25 microns (0.001”) to several inches in most materials. Wall thickness are available from 0.00015” to fractional inch sizes. Tolerances vary depending on your requirements, tubing size and material, but range from industry standards to several microns. Fractional inch, AWG and Schedule 40 and 80 pipe sizes are available from stock in many fluoropolymer and other tubings.

Specifications
Specifications adhered to include USP Class VI certifications, a wide variety of Mil-Specs, and UL/CSA insulating and flame retardant listings.
