and Adhesives
Silicone
adhesive system tapes for powder coating applications,
circuit board and electronics manufacturing, splicing, and
other manufacturing challenges. The clarity, high tack and
consistency of these tapes are unsurpassed in the industry.
Coating thickness range from .0005” to .003” on polyester
and polyimide backings in a wide range of colors.
Silicone
transfer adhesive (.002”) for application without primers
or surface preparation. High initial tack and unmatched long
term adhesion with optical clarity and exceptional temperature
and chemical resistance.
Acrylic
transfer adhesives for optical, graphics, nameplate and
high performance industrial applications. Specialty products
include custom formulations for pH neutral photo mounting,
adhesion to oil contaminated surfaces, plasticizer resistant
adhesives for flexible PVC, and UV resistant formulations.
Liners include kraft, PE coated kraft, double linered products
and PET.
Heat
and solvent activated dry film adhesives in polyester,
polyamide, nitrile-phenolic, co-polymer and urethane formulations.
A wide range of activation temperatures and applications.
Protective
films: very low-tack, removable polyester films to protect
aluminum, stainless steel, nameplates, instrument panels,
and automotive and aerospace components during production,
storage and handling. These films are also exceptional carriers
for parts during die-cutting.
Printable
label stock in PVC, polyester and polyimide in a variety
of adhesive formulations for both graphic and extreme temperature
applications such as circuit board assembly.
Skin
contact adhesives coated on a wide range of substrates
(urethane film, PVC and urethane foams . . . ) for wound care
and other medical applications.
Adhesive
coated foams (one or both sides) and double-sided films,
including hi/lo and gasket manufacturing adhesive products.

Polyester
Films from DuPont / ICI: Mylar™ and Melinex™
rolls and sheet stock to .014” for graphics and industrial
applications. Huge variety of formulations and pre-treatments,
including high-reflective white.
Polycarbonate
films from Bayer in a wide variety of finishes and gauges.
Bayer is now the world’s only major manufacturer of UL rated
polycarbonate film in standard formulations. Special products
include a PBT/Polycarbonate blend, PC with a Tedlar laminate,
light diffusing and static-dissipative polycarbonate films.
Flame
Retardant Polycarbonate (UL VTM-0)
Hard
Coated Polyester, Polycarbonate and PETG films in stock
to enhance scratch resistance, chemical resistance and supply
optical display properties. We offer the widest selection
of gloss levels, and the hardcoats are both highly embossable
and accept multiple passes of UV printing.
Rigid
Vinyl, HIPS, PETG and other lower cost sheet products.
Laminates
These
laminates are manufactured using heat and pressure to produce
an incredibly high strength bond with a typical interlayer
of only .0002”. An adhesive layer can be applied for pressure-sensitive
requirements. Many of the more common laminates are either
in stock in master rolls, or can be quickly manufactured from
a variety of stock films and foils, including:

Applications
for these products include RF/EMI shielding in a number of
industries; cable wrap, membrane switch, electronics, bag
